The Town of Yountville, in the heart of Napa Valley, is just a little over one and a half square miles. Yountville may be petite in size, but it packs a punch when it comes to offering an unforgettable sensory experience. Known for its small-town feel, Michelin-starred restaurants, and luxury accommodations, Yountville is also home to an impressive public arts program. Each year, Yountville Art, Sip, & Stroll, now in its 12th year, invites locals and visitors alike to wander through the town’s streets to celebrate this remarkable blend of art, wine, and community.

Taking place Saturday, May 18 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Yountville Art, Sip & Stroll is Napa Valley’s largest visual arts event. Free to attend, the open-air event includes more than 50 juried artists proudly showcasing their fine art, sculptures, ceramics, photography, jewelry, and live music throughout this quintessential Napa Valley town.

Spotlight on Featured Artist: Chris Cammarata

Each year, organizers collaborate with a featured artist to create a commemorative poster. This year’s collectable poster features a design by Napa Valley contemporary artist, Chris Cammarata. Cammarata’s artistic journey began more than 40 years ago. Today, Cammarata works with acrylics and mixed media, and his work favors bold contemporary figurative imagery. His work has international attention and acclaim. Attendees of this year’s event may visit with Chris at the Steve Rogers Gallery, located at 6516 Washington Street. Chris will showcase his latest pieces as part of his “Bold & Beautiful” gallery show (Bold & Beautiful, the art of Chris Cammarata, featured May 9-August 31).

Savoring Napa Valley’s Finest

Of course, no visit to Napa Valley would be complete without indulging in its worldclass wines. The 2024 Winery Partners represent some of the region’s most esteemed vineyards, including Arch & Tower by Robert Mondavi Winery, Cliff Lede Vineyards, and HALL Wines, among others. For $40, guests can partake in a tasting package, which includes a tasting glass, four tasting tickets redeemable at any of the tasting stations, and a signed commemorative poster. Best of all, proceeds from tasting sales support Arts in Yountville, further enriching the cultural fabric of the community for all to enjoy.
