Inspire Napa Valley (INV), benefiting the Alzheimer’s Association, is committed to inspiring change in Napa Valley by bringing wine enthusiasts and industry leaders together to advance research to end Alzheimer’s and dementia and enhance care for those living with the disease. INV raises critical funds to help families in Northern California struggling with Alzheimer’s care and fund cutting-edge research nationwide.
Friday, May 3: VIP Welcome Dinner at Rudd Estate. Guests will be greeted at the boathouse with grower Champagnes and a variety of white wines with stations set up of Hog Island Oysters and Regiis Ova Caviar. With a culinary team comprised of the ‘Who’s who’ in the wine business, guests will mingle and watch the cooking action take place in the outdoor kitchen. They will later be led into the middle of Rudd Estate’s vineyard for a quintessential, sit-down, family-style dinner with wines shared by Rudd and their Oakville neighbors. Live music by the Sow Belly Trio will complete the evening.
Saturday, May 4: VIP Wine Tasting & Seminar at The Napa Valley Reserve. VIP wine tasting seminar of ten unique wines. The seminar will feature five exceptional panelists with each of them choosing two wines that inspire them. One of the wines chosen will be a wine they helped to producer and the other will be from a winery that inspires them but is not one they are affiliated with. Alzheimer’s Association’s Chief Science Officer, Maria Carrillo, will begin the VIP seminar with an update on Alzheimer’s research followed by a Q&A session.
Saturday, May 4: 30-Vintner Walk-Around Wine Tasting, Dinner & Auction at The Estate Yountville. The primary event at The Estate in Yountville, which includes a walk-around wine tasting highlighting 30 of the most legendary wineries in California, seated dinner, live auction of 10-12 lots, paddle raise and after party with specialty cocktails and live entertainment.
Sunday, May 5: VIP Farewell Brunch at Ad Hoc + Addendum Garden. VIP Farewell Brunch featuring Chef Thomas Keller’s Fried Chicken and Waffles, seasonal fare and Bouchon Bakery pastries along with a Bloody Mary and Mimosa bar and wine bar.

This year’s event features more bartenders than ever from an impressive roster of local restaurants, including Andaz Napa, Harvest Table, Goose & Gander, Gran Eléctrica, Johnny’s, NapaSport, Sky & Vine Rooftop Bar, The Q Restaurant & Bar, Ca’ Momi Osteria, Forge Pizza, Oenotri, Brix and Solbar. Attendees will be among the first to try original cocktails paired with delicious bites by some of the region’s best chefs, and will cast their votes for the winner of the coveted Top Drink award. Bob Hurley, Eduardo Dingler and Matt Smith are the event’s official judges. Museum admission to the current exhibitions: Picasso & The Masters of 20th Century Printmaking, in the Main Gallery, and Laurie Shelton’s “Cows,” in the Spotlight Gallery is included with tickets.
