Wine Country Connection: Champagne Reiki Session with Reiki Master Lynda VogtFEATURED 

Relax from the hustle and bustle of the holiday season and join Lynda Vogt, Reiki Master, for a one-hour guided Twilight Meditation and Reiki group session in Yountville.   

The session will begin with a glass of Grower Champagne or Sparkling Rosé, followed by a guided meditation to help center yourself and relieve any worries or distractions. 

During the meditation, you will receive a Reiki healing treatment. This gentle, hands-off healing technique can help to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and promote healing by encouraging a healthy flow of energy.

When: Thursdays from 6:45pm – 7:45pm
