“Everybody wants to be a cat….,” a jazz hepcat, that is! Celebrate Napa Valley Museum Yountville’s Walt Disney’s Trains exhibition with an evening of extraordinary music. The superb pianist Mike Greensill, with bass player Carla Kaufman, will have us swingin’ in the Main Gallery to jazzy Disney classics (plus train-themed tunes too). Includes admission to Walt Disney’s Trains, the audio tour, plus wine and light bites. The evening features jazz versions of beloved songs from the Disney catalogue, from “When You Wish Upon A Star” to “Someday My Prince Will Come” and “Everybody Wants To Be A Cat”. Mike will also explore the world of train songs; from Peggy Lee’s “Waiting’ For The Train To Come In” to “The Atchison, Topeka and the Santa Fe.” Includes Museum Admission and Audio Tour ($20 value). Fiesta Mexicana celebrates Mexico’s rich folk music and dance traditions with a vibrant, colorful performance featuring Ballet Folklorico Mexicano de Carlos Moreno accompanied by Mariachi Colima de Javier Magallon. Founded in 1967 by Carlos Moreno, the Ballet Folklorico Mexicano has achieved recognition both in the United States and in Mexico. Drawing on the artistic variety of Mexico’s different regions, Ballet Folklorico Mexicano has a diverse repertoire ranging from traditional dances to dances integrating artistic elements of more contemporary choreography. Accompanying Ballet Folklorico Mexicano is San Francisco Bay Area band, Mariachi Colima. Performing for over 25 years, Mariachi Colima has accompanied many prestigious Mexican singers, including Lucha Villa, Valente Pastor, Rosenda Bernal, Aida Cuevas, Lucero, and Pedro Fernandez. Together, Ballet Folklorico Mexicano and Mariachi Colima will take you on a tour through Mexico’s rich cultural heritage in this spectacular South-of-the-Border fiesta!

In partnership with the San Jose Short Film Festival and CellarPass.com, Jessup Cellars presents the Third Annual Art House Short Film Series. Running monthly December through March, each gathering features four award-winning short films paired with a Jessup Cellars wine and Chef MikeC’s Wok-Popped Flavor-Infused Popcorn.
From animation to comedy to drama, Jessup Cellars takes guests on an emotional and inspirational ride through the cinematic and culinary arts. The screenings include meet-and-greets with guest filmmakers and the opportunity to purchase wines in support of indie short film projects.
