For close to 90 years, The Model Bakery has been part of the Napa Valley culinary scene. We provide discerning and hungry residents and visitors the best breads, pastries and coffee at the original location on Main Street in St. Helena, in the Oxbow District of Napa, and at Mini Model in Yountville.
Their third location called “Mini Model” opened in May 2017.
The Model Bakery is a family business. Run by Karen Mitchell and daughter, Sarah Mitchell Hansen. This mother daughter team incorporates authentic baking traditions. Today’s business specializes in artisan breads made with organic stone ground flours and the highest quality ingredients. The Model Bakery has a complete range of pastry products. All locations offer Stumptown Coffee, delicious daily breakfast and lunch specials for dining in or take out.
