The session will begin with a glass of Champagne or Sparkling Rosé, followed by a guided meditation to help you center yourself and remove any worries or distractions.

During the meditation, you will receive a Reiki healing treatment. This gentle, hands-off technique can help promote relaxation, reduce stress, and facilitate healing by encouraging a healthy energy flow.

Lynda will use sound bowls throughout the session to create a soothing and meditative atmosphere. Sound bowls promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve sleep quality.  The vibrations from the instruments are believed to resonate with your body and mind, creating a calming and transformative experience.
