Bardessono Hotel and Spa 3rd Annual Latke ThrowdownFEATURED 

Join the third annual Latke Throw Down hosted by the Bardessono Hotel and Spa.

Guests are invited to observe and taste the latke creations from a competitive set of Yountville contenders including the Bardessono’s very own, Executive Chef Rick Edge. Five special judges will award a golden spatula for the best latke. Guests will enjoy a special Holiday Mock Cocktail and latkes prepared by the Bardessono.

All proceeds from the event will benefit ParentsCAN and support children with special needs. Bardessono has partnered with ParentsCAN, a non-profit organization with the goal to guide parents when challenges arise in their child’s education, health, behavior, or development, so children can reach their full potential. ParentsCAN was created to meet the unique needs of families of children with special needs in Napa County. All proceeds from ticket sales support ParentsCAN. In addition, Congregation Beth Shalom will also be managing a supplies drive for necessities from ParentsCAN’s Wish List for families in need.
