The Pavilion 

Outdoor: 9,291 sq. ft. 

Capacity: 400 

The Pavilion is composed of classic California terraced gardens and covered, gazebo-style stage areas that punctuate this naturally elegant setting.  With over 9,000 square feet and two adjoining gardens, this multi-purpose outdoor event space offers several distinctly different settings. 

Surrounded by lush lawns, brick walkways and flowing fountains, this venue provides a natural elegance for any grand affair or wedding. This area can accommodate events ranging from 400 for a reception to 300 for a seated private dinner.

The Vineyard 

Featuring a tranquil water feature in a picturesque vineyard setting, The Vineyard accommodates a variety of event sizes, ranging from family style meals up to 40 people in one table to banquet rounds of 50. Receptions are available for up to 150 guests.  The secluded pathway flanked in green opens into an intimate and sequestered event lawn, where each unique celebration will be imbued with the aura of Wine Country.

The Barrel Room 

The Barrel Room is centrally located within The Estate and combines the rustic, historical character of Yountville’s original 1870 Groezinger Winery with the comfort and features of a modern event venue. Grand wrought-iron chandeliers, exposed brick walls, and high ceilings add tons of ambiance to this classic Wine Country venue. State-of-the-art theatrical and task lighting, together with several interior perimeter accent up-lights illuminate the floor providing a glowing warmth floor to the 36-foot beam and rafter ceiling. At 2,220 square feet, this spacious ballroom-style venue is ideal for large formal dinners, corporate events, private receptions, weddings, and more.

The Grove 

Indoor: 3,000 sq. ft.

A more intimate venue located in the central area of The Estate grounds, The Grove offers two rooms that have an abundance of light and connectivity to the outdoors. The Cypress Room has a total square footage of 1,862 with the ability to be divided into two separate spaces for business meetings, private dinners, and more. The Olive Room measures 1,322 square feet and is also divisible by two. Both event spaces open onto the scenic Grove Patio, which is an ideal location for outdoor events and receptions.

The Founder’s Executive Board Room & The Founders Lounge 

Indoor: 641 sq. ft. 

Capacity: 30 

This carefully designed space is complete with a modern executive boardroom. Unique features include a glass elevator, a stunning marble boardroom table, separate private lounge area, and an adjacent outdoor patio with breathtaking views of the Napa Valley mountains.
