Rubia Wine Cellars welcomes our guests to our tasting facility for an intimate experience and an opportunity to meet Joe, Margaret, or Julien as you enjoy a flight of our wines. Each tasting will allow our guests to experience a curated Rubia portfolio.

THE GREEN ROOM
At the Green Room, our tasting facility, we invite guests to join us in an intimate, seated setting to taste limited production wines. Additionally, see what happens behind the scenes during various stages of winemaking. And just as the name suggests, the reclaimed wood bar and cozy lounge area are located off the “main stage” of the production area. The Green Room boasts a floor to ceiling window wall which offers a full view into the crush pad. The “backstage” experience offers visitors a unique opportunity to taste the premier wines of winemaker Julien Fayard. The urban wine community vibe creates a special thrill for anyone seeking a more knowledge-driven wine tasting experience with world renowned wines available through tastings at this location only.
