This Thanksgiving, let Ad Hoc take care of the cooking! Celebrate with a feast for 4-8 with their ready-to-cook Diestel Family Ranch Turkey, Traditional Fixins including Caramelized Brussels Sprouts & Mashed Potatoes, Bouchon Bakery Pies, and a few of their favorite California wines.
Thanksgiving is about family gathering around the table, football, and eating delicious food. That’s a lot to be thankful for. While we (probably) won’t be around your table, and our running game is weak at best (it happens when you spend
too much time in the kitchen) we can most definitely help you with the delicious food part.
Available for pickup or delivery on Wednesday, November 23, 2022. Each order includes a detailed timeline with simple instructions to follow. All items are available to order individually and include all the classics; turkey, truffle mashed
potatoes, gravy, stuffing, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce, yams, and more! Items that require baking will come in a sturdy, oven-safe container.
The deadline to order is Wednesday, November 16, 2022.

From appetizers of a Fall Squash Soup with Candied Pecans and Turkey & Périgord Black Truffle Vol-Au-Vent to entrees of Traditional Roasted Turkey with Sweet Potato Soufflé and Cranberry Sauce and Roasted Delicata Squash with Wild Rice, Mushroom and Sourdough Stuffing, the dessert offerings may be the best part yet, with Warm Pumpkin Tartlet with Whipped Cream & Toasted Almonds and Vanilla Poached Pear with Bourbon Crème Anglaise & Gingerbread Crunch.

Executive Chef Vincent Lesage invites guests to enjoy a stress-free Thanksgiving this year at his gourmet-prepared brunch buffet, hosted in the Meritage Ballroom with reservations available on Thursday, November 24 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The menu will feature seasonal favorites, including truffle turkey breast, crusted prime rib, assorted appetizers, decadent desserts, and more.
$95 for adults, $45 for children ages 4-13, and complimentary entry for ages 3 and below. A welcome glass of Champagne is provided for those 21 and older. Beer and wine are available at an additional cost. Reservations can be made HERE.
