Rep. Mike Thompson’s Virtual Napa Valley Holiday Celebration will be on Sunday, Dec. 6 at 5 p.m.
The evening will start in the CIA kitchen with chef Wolfe creating ‘The Original Champagne Cocktail’ and Chef Lars Kronmark creating a delicious appetizer.
Then Mike will introduce his guests, Congressman Ritchie Neal, Lieutenant Governor Eleni Kounalakis and Senator Elect Ben Ray Luján.
Choose between two dinners (including a bottle of wine) for $75 per person:
- Dinner 1: Roasted loin of beef with creamy polenta, green beans, marbled
potatoes, garden greens with Champagne vinaigrette and Italian cookies.
- Dinner 2: Bucatini with tomato-vegetable ragu, butter lettuce salad, with cherry
tomatoes, herbs and red wine vinaigrette and pecan brownies.
Order online before Monday, Nov. 30. Pick up on Dec. 6 between 2 and 4 p.m. from the
Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena or the CIA at Copia in Napa.
