Latkes Making Demo with Chef Jim Leiken @ Bardessono

Join Lucy’s Executive Chef Jim Leiken for a Holidays in Yountville special event on December 12, demonstrating Latke-making techniques and tricks to bring traditional flavor to holiday menus. Beginning at 5 p.m., guests will be greeted with a glass of bubbly and a Latke making lesson from Chef’s personal recipe book. Sure to become a timeless favorite, guests will sample Chef’s Latkes and leave with a recipe card and creative, chef-inspired ideas to incorporate the dish for year-round enjoyment.
